HELP / IMPORTING

Auto-import reviews on a schedule

Connect a platform once and Kudokit keeps checking for new reviews on its own — no re-importing every month.

1 MIN READ

Auto-import connects a platform once and keeps checking for new reviews afterwards, so a review left six months from now still arrives without you doing anything.

Platforms you can auto-import from

Nine platforms support a recurring sync:

  • Google — your Business Profile or Maps listing
  • Facebook — your Page's reviews
  • Instagram — a connected account's posts
  • Shopee, Lazada and Amazon — a product page
  • Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda — a listing or property page

Google is free on every plan. The other eight are fetched for you, which has a cost on our side each time they run — they are still available on every plan, but see what each plan includes for the details.

Set it up

  1. Open Import in the sidebar and choose Auto-import.
  2. Pick a platform and paste the link to your listing, page or product — the field tells you exactly what it wants, a Maps link for Google, a product page for Shopee, and so on.
  3. Save. The first sync runs immediately; after that it checks again on its own.

Why some platforms are missing here

YouTube, X, TikTok, the App Store, the Play Store, and any other site are one-off sources — a single video or a single post does not accrue new reviews the way a Google listing or a Shopee product does. They stay available under Import from Web instead, run whenever you paste the link again.
