Add reviews manually
Type in praise that arrived by email, on a call, or in a chat — one at a time.

Not every good word about you arrives somewhere Kudokit can read automatically. An email reply, a comment on a sales call, a message in a group chat — typing it in takes about as long as copying it, and it does not get lost.
Add one
- Open Import in the sidebar and choose Import manually.
- Type or paste in the customer's words, their name, and a rating if you have one.
- Set where it came from — Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, LINE, WhatsApp, a marketplace or OTA, or Other — so it carries the right source logo, the same as an imported testimonial would.
- Save. It is approved immediately, like every other import.
Keep the customer's actual words. A manually entered testimonial is still a quote, and the honesty of your Wall of Love depends on every entry on it being something a real customer actually said.
