Import reviews from a spreadsheet

If your reviews live in a spreadsheet — exported from another tool, collected by a past process, or handed to you by someone else — a CSV import brings them all in at once.

Import a CSV

1. Open Import in the sidebar and choose Import from a spreadsheet.
2. Drag in your file, or click to choose it. Up to 1,000 rows at a time.
3. Match your columns to the right fields — customer name, the review text, rating, and (optionally) which platform each one came from.
4. Confirm. Every row lands in your account as an already-approved testimonial.

Tag the source

Set a source per row, or for the whole file — Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and most other platforms Kudokit recognises — so imported testimonials show the right logo on widgets and walls, the same as a testimonial fetched automatically would.

Duplicates

Import the same spreadsheet twice, or a spreadsheet that overlaps with an auto-import, and the repeats are matched and merged rather than doubling up.
