HELP / ACCOUNT & BILLING
Delete your workspace or account
Two different actions with two different safety nets — deleting a workspace is immediate, deleting your account has a 14-day grace period.
1 MIN READ
Cancelling a subscription — covered in cancel or downgrade your plan — is not the same as deleting anything. These two actions actually remove data, and they behave differently on purpose.
Delete a workspace
Under Workspace settings → Danger zone, only the owner can delete a workspace, and you cannot delete your only one — create or switch to another first. You must type the workspace's exact name to confirm.
This is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period. Every testimonial, form, widget and wall in that workspace is deleted along with it.
Delete your account
Under Settings → Profile, deleting your account asks for your password and for you to type "delete my account" to confirm.
Unlike a workspace, this is not immediate — there is a 14-day grace period. Nothing is removed during those 14 days, and a Keep my account button cancels the deletion at any point before it runs.
What actually gets deleted once the 14 days pass:
- Any workspace you own — deleted entirely, the same as manually deleting it, including everyone else's access to it.
- Workspaces you belong to but do not own — you simply lose your own access; nothing else in them changes.
- Any active subscription is cancelled first, then your account itself is removed.
Which one do you actually want?
If you own several workspaces and only want to shut down one of them, delete that workspace, not your whole account. Delete your account only when you want everything gone, including your login itself.
