Upgrade your plan

Upgrading takes a couple of clicks and unlocks immediately once payment goes through — see what each plan actually unlocks before you do.

Upgrade

1. Open Settings → Billing. Only the workspace owner can see this page.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly — yearly is two months free.
3. Click Choose Starter or Choose Pro.
4. Complete payment. On yearly, you can also pay for all 12 months upfront with PromptPay instead of a card.

This opens Stripe Checkout — Kudokit never sees or stores your card details.

Try before you pay

If this workspace has not used a trial yet, Billing offers a free trial of a paid plan instead of asking for a card first. Nothing is charged when it ends; anything over the Free plan's limits is simply locked again until you subscribe or come back under them.

Moving between Starter and Pro

Already on a paid plan? Billing shows a prorated quote before switching between Starter and Pro, so you see exactly what today's change costs — or credits — before confirming.

Extra seats and workspaces

On Pro, add seats or an extra workspace from the same page — Billing shows the estimated monthly (or yearly) total as you adjust them.

Have a coupon?

There is a coupon field on the Billing page before you choose a plan — apply it there and the discount carries into checkout.
