Frame and export a branded video clip

The video studio takes one approved video testimonial and frames it with your branding — a bar, a label, a border — then exports the result as an MP4 you can post anywhere. It is not the same as a reel, which stitches several clips together; this frames exactly one.

Start from a testimonial

1. Open Videos under Content Studio and click New video.
2. Pick one of your approved video testimonials from the grid — there is no blank editor, framing always starts from an existing recording.
3. This opens the editor for that clip.

Eight frame styles

Choose one: Top bar, Label, Spotlight, Name card, Lower bar, Scrim, Border, or Accent. Each has its own extra controls — Top bar offers height and fill, Label offers position and style, Scrim offers a tint, Border offers a solid or dashed edge, Accent offers brackets or a stripe.

Branding it

Set a label (up to 40 characters, "Customer story" by default), a frame color, and switch on Show my logo if you have one in your Brand Kit — light and dark background variants are both available.

Export

Click Generate MP4. The export uses the source testimonial's own aspect ratio — there is no separate format choice, since the frame is built to match whatever shape the original recording already is.

Daily limit

Workspaces can render up to 50 videos a day. Hitting it shows a message that rendering starts again the next day — nothing is lost, you just wait it out or come back tomorrow.
