Reward customers for their testimonial
Turn on a discount, a prize, or a spin of the wheel for anyone who leaves a testimonial — configured once, drawn automatically.
1 MIN READ
A reward gives customers a reason to actually finish your form, not just start it. It lives inside a form's own Settings, so different forms can offer different rewards, or none at all.
Turn it on
- Open the form in the editor and go to Settings.
- Find Reward after submission.
- Choose a reward type.
Four reward types
- No reward — just a thank-you screen.
- Equal reward — the same code or claim link for everyone who submits.
- Spin the wheel — 2 to 8 named prizes, each with its own chance of winning. Chances must add up to 100%.
- Scratch card — the same weighted-prize mechanic as the wheel, shown as a scratch card instead.
Kudokit draws the winner for the weighted modes, so reviewers cannot influence which prize they get.
A code, or a link
Paste a link instead of a code and reviewers see a "Claim your reward" button rather than a code to copy — useful if claiming means visiting a page rather than typing something in at checkout.
Different rewards per format
Under a reward's tiers, you can set a different reward for a text testimonial versus a video one — a blank row simply falls back to the reward above it, so this is optional.
Mentioning it in the thank-you email
If the form also sends a thank-you email, its message can include {{reward}} and {{code}} — both come out blank automatically for a form with no reward, or for a reviewer who did not win one, so the same email text stays safe to use either way.
